Project Management is a full-time program that covers key aspects of project initiation, planning, execution and control, necessary to plan and execute a successful project in any environment.
The curriculum is developed based on Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as well as industry best practices. This program is well suited for students of different background, education and work experience who are willing to learn project management theory and practices.
This program has following courses:
Course 1: Project Management Fundamentals including project principles, methodologies, and introduction to project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
Course 2: Project Scope Management including defining project/product scope, scope planning, requirements gathering, developing scope statement, WBS and monitoring and controlling scope.
Course 3: Project Schedule Management including identifying project activities, schedule planning, developing timeline, and controlling scheduling changes.
Course 4: Project Cost Management including determining project resources, estimating cost, determining budget, defining cost baseline and controlling project cost.
Course 5: TBD – Attempt simulation exam 2 including multiple choice questions from all the knowledge areas.
