PMP® (Project Management Professional) is a certification exam offered by PMI® (Project Management Institute). A PMP® certificate demonstrates a person’s ability to lead projects in any industry using industry standard project management knowledge and skills.

  3. Apply for PMP® examination by completing an application
  4. Take the exam through PMI® facilitated schedule

PMP® Exam Prep Course:

We offer a comprehensive course that will help you prepare for the PMP® examination within a reasonable time. Our course is based on PMI recommended training material including PMBOK® guide, 7th edition. The course covers necessary project management knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, methods, processes and best practices as follows:

Course Outline (35 hours):

  1. Introduction to project management
  2. Project Management Foundation
  3. Project Management Integration
  4. Project Management Principles
  5. Project Performance Domains
  6. Agile Framework & Methodologies
  7. Sample Exam Question
  8. In-class Practice
  9. Application completion guidance

Course Format Choices:

  1. Online but Instructor-led sessions (4 hours each) on weekends
  2. In-class Instructor-led sessions (full-day each) on Saturday or Sunday

Eligibility Criteria:

Confirm your eligibility that you have the education, training and on-the-job experience by meeting one of the following set of criteria:

Four-Year College / University Degree

  • 36 months (3 years) of experience leading projects within the past eight years
  • 35 hours of training or CAPM certification

OR

High School or Secondary School Diploma

  • 60 months (5 years) of experience leading projects within the past eight years
  • 35 hours of training or CAPM certification
